Our Instructors

At Cohesion we believe in not only providing quality instruction in the Martial Arts that we teach but also in providing a safe environment for you and your family to train in. With that in mind, all of the instructors/coaches at Cohesion go through our in house coaches training with our Lead Instructor as well as have current up to date Background checks run through the NCSI (National Center for Safety Initiatives). We also require all our Instructors to complete all the recommend Safe Sport and CDC heads up training for concussions, as well as sexual abuse recognition training through the NCSI.
